Return & Refund Policy

At SmartKart, we want our customers to have a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Products without original packaging

  • Personal care items for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method or bank account within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account or UPI after the returned product is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

Customers may be required to bear the return shipping cost, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
